What is 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing?
Additive manufacturing is a process where objects are created by adding material layer-by-layer, rather than being cast or molded which leaves excess material that is often unusable. Objects that are additively manufactured are often based on computer-aided designs (CADs) and created via machines such as 3D printers.
